How to create a Window XP startup disk

Can anyone tell me how to create a Window XP Startup disk.
My computer was proloaded with Window XP Home.

Put a blank floppy in your floppy drive.
Right-click the floppy drive in Windows Explorer and select Format.
Format Options>Create an MS-DOS startup disk.

Of course you won't be able to access any NTFS formatted hard drives.

Don't think that works - the "set up" for Windows XP is 4 disks.
