How to create a pop up comments balloon in Word similar to Excel?

I would like to create a comments balloon in a word document that is hidden
but would pop up once a reader points a mouse to the highlighted word or
phrase. Similar in functionality to the comments feature in Excel. Does
anyone know how to do this?
