How to create a new account in Microsoft Outlook Express

Hi Team,

I am in a sorry state as being a computer novice, have come to a standstill.

I have recently installed the MS Outlook Express on my computer, now I wish
to add my other hotmail accounts to enable me to work offline as well.

Please advise some simple step by step solution and method to configure the
same
