How to create a local policy ?

Dear All,

I ran through Windows2000 Profesional local security
policy, but i did not find any of the security policy
setting to forbid user from execute certain program. Now i
would like to know how to create a policy e.g forbid local
user from playing game, e.g solitaire. Hope to know how to
do it. Thank you very much.

Change the NTFS permissions on the game executables to only allow
Administrator Read&Execute permissions ... Delete any other users referenced
in the Security tabe of the file properties ... Voila !!! No one but the
admins can run games ...
