How to create a form looks like the Outlook Form

Hi ng,

how can i create a form that looks like the DesktopNotification Form
from (Office) Outlook 2003.
The Form fades in when you receive a new email.
I tried to build this form, but it doesn't work.

Has someone an idea or an example?

I found this great article on fading forms. It should give you a good
headstart:

There are also a few articles about notification widows that can mimic
Outlook2003/MSN Messenger.
