Hey Ron....think I got it working. I think the mistake I was making wa
that I was creating the "Insert, Name, Define + offset formula" fo
both the employee column and the hours column. Every time I insert ne
names and hours, the pivot table was not updating. I deleted everythin
in "Insert...Names......" just inserted the "Employee name with th
offset formula, changed the last numeral to "2" (2 columns), and i
seems to be working.
I made the pivot table appear in a new worksheet, added names and hour
to the list, updated the pivot table and it seemed to update fine.
Thanx for all the help (and patience!). It's definetly a nice littl
tool we'll be using for quite some time.
