how to correct a "Compile error in hidden module: TBRun9" in Xcel

Everytime Excel starts is comes up with the same two errors.
"Compile Error in hidden module: TBRun9"
Then when shutting down xcel the same two messages appear again.

How is this corrected?

TBRun9 is part of the Text Bridge add-in. The only way around
this error is to go to the Tools menu, choose Add-Ins, and
uncheck Text Bridge in the list.
