Just installed 2nd XP on "D" drive since running out of space on smaller "C"
drive. What do I need to do to copy the XP settings on the "C" drive to the
"D" drive installation?

FAST (Files and Settings Transfer Wizard) in Accessories, System Tools
Will not do a thorough job, though. You'll still have to do some manual
adjustments.

Two possibly easier things to do:
1) shift all the data and temporary folders to the D drive from the C.
2) clone the C drive to the new larger drive, then swap them. To do this,
use an imaging program like Acronis True Image or Ghost. With TrueImage,
you can use the free trial version. You should be done the whole thing in
under an hour.
