how to copy same percentage to complete worksheet

how do i copy a same percentage to complete worksheet for e.g if i need to
add 10% additional to my present figure
 
Put 1.1 (=110%) in an empty cell
edit|copy
select the range to adjust
edit|Paste special|check multiply
and clean up that cell with 1.1 in it.
