How to copy Outlook Express Address Book to Vista Microsoft Mail

Need How can I get my Microsoft Office 2000 Outlook Express Address Book
contents moved over to my new computer which currently does not have Office
Outlook but rather Vista's Mail program?

There is no such things as "Microsoft Office 2000 Outlook Express".
You are either on Outlook Express or on Microsoft Office Outlook.

family.
