How to copy Outlook 2003 data between computers

How can I copy ALL data, including email accounts and
settings from one computer to another? My laptop crashed
and I've got the hard drive connected to another
computer. Now I'm trying to recover all my data and
settings into my new computer's Outlook 2003
installation. I've copied all the files from the
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook folder, but I
don't get the email accounts or other settings.

Anyone know how to do this? Copy EVERYTHING over?
