How to copy or move personal Outlook Contacts to the BCM

I was dragging, which moved them, I think, instead of copying.

Hi Susan

There is also an inbuilt option in the BCM import wizard to transfer Outlook
contacts provided you are running BCM V2 and SP1 for BCM
