How to COPY from cells to cells w/o affecting respective formulae underneath ?

Would highly be appreciated if can be told on:

How to copy data from
cells ( formulated with "a") to
cells ( formulated with "b")

without affecting respective formulae underneath after being pasted ?

Hi,

When pasting, right click on the target cell and
select "Paste Special", "values", "ok". This will
populate the value of the cell without the formula.
