How to copy e-mail addresses

Halo,
I would like to create a contact list (or address book) (just e-mail
addresses) out of my contacts in the file Incoming post and I dont want to do
it one by one - is it possible? What if some incoming mails repete - will the
contact list recognise that the e-mails are the same?

Hi Me,

to convert all your existing Outlook stored emails to Outlook contacts, you
could use this freeware tool: "Public Mail 2 Contact for Outlook":

To save all new email addresses as contacts you will need an additional
freeware tool of us: "Public CAR" (Public Contact After Reply for Outlook),
but this is only available in german language (we are actual in work with
the translation):
