How to copy Contacts from one Computer to another ?

How can we take the contacts one computer

And add them to the contacts on another computer?

I'm trying to give selected contacts to someone else in the office.

We are not on a network with Exchange Server... just a peer-to-peer network

thanks for any help.

Using Outlook on the source computer, try the File - Import/Export menu selection to "Export to a file". Export the Contacts folder to a Personal Folders file (*.pst). Now you can use a floppy, shared drive, or one of those USB flash drives to transport the contacts to the target computer.

One way is to EXPORT them File>Export, and export them as Windows Comma
Seperated Values, and then take that file to the other machine and
IMPORT File>Import and voila!
