How to Copy a Solution in VS.NET 2003 to a new Solution

I have developed several web solutions (projects) in .NET from scratch and
deployed them successfully. However, I have a new web project to do that
would benefit by starting with a copy of an existing one. While you would
think it would be easy enough to copy a project, I have never been able to do
so successfully.

Can anyone help with a simple, straight forward way to duplicate a project
so it can be used as the foundation for a new one. In this case, I have to
develop a generic version of a existing project for marketing to use for
demos. The whole thing would be the same except for the name and a few
graphics.

Thanks.

On the Project Menu choose "Copy Project" and then specify the name,
location, and choose to copy all project files.
