How to convert Personal Folders.pst from 97-2002 t0 the new Outlook 2003 format?

I have Office 2003 installed but for some reason Personal Folders.pst and
archive.pst files are in the old format. How do I convert them to the new
format?

There is no conversion tool. An older format .PST will work in Outlook 2003
and is not automatically converted to the new format when you install Outlook
2003 either. If you want to use the new format, copy the data from your old
..PST to the one Outlook 2003 created when you installed it, or click File |
New | Outlook Data File, select the Outlook 2003 Unicode format, and create
your own new .PST.
