How to control what Journal entries are recorded

When I look at the Journal items recorded in Outlook 2007 it only has the
"temporary internet" files listed. How do I get Outlook 2007 to include the
Word and Excel files accessed?
 
While in Outlook, click on Tools, Options, Journal Options. Then check the
options you want to record in the "Also record files from" section.
