How to control maximum download message size in 2003

Have a couple of large messages on a POP server which I would like to
download. Currently, Outlook times out. I suspect that increasing
the maximum message size will do the trick.

Note the 2003 version is a recent install. I had set a 500K max size
in the 2000 version, so it looks like the limit carried over to 2003.
No Exchange, just a simple phone connection.

In 2000, I could specify the maximum message size to download from a
POP server (Tools/Synchronize/. . . )

I don't even see a Synchronize option in the Tools menu in 2003. So,
where did the max download message size option go?

Thanks.

While viewing the Inbox, press Alt-Ctrl-S. Select the All Accounts
send/receive group and click Edit. Examine the options on the lower right
of the dialogue.

There it was! Thanks.

P.S.: I still need to figure out the "account group" concept.

A send/receive group is the collection of accounts that will be included
when you perform a send/receive for that group.
