How do you add another mailbox to your Outlook profile ?

It used to be under Tools | services.

Thanks.

Tool > Email Accounts > View or change existing e-mail accounts (next) >
Select MS Exchange Server (Change) > More Settings > Advanced Tab.

Yeah much more long winded.

Or you could do
File > Open > Other users folders..

You can do this faster by right clicking Outlook Today-> Properties-> button
Advanced-> tab Advanced-> button Add...

You can do it via delegates. Log in as the user, add yourself as a
delegate in their client. Log them off, log on as you then do it via
services/other mailbox, callender etc.
