how to configure outlook to work with yahoo

i am trying to set up my outlook to work with my yahoo mail account. I know
nothing about how to do it. please help

do you have a paid yahoo account? If not, you can't use outlook.

what is a http?? I have a free yahoo mail account and keep getting an error
(0x800cccf4)when i try to conect using outlook. I can not get it to set up

Nothing. As Diane said, Yahoo! doesn't want you to access your free Yahoo!
account with Outlook. You'll need a third-party tool like YahooPOPS
(http://yahoopops.sourceforge.net/) to get around Yahoo!s blocks.
