How To Configure Outlook to automatically receive my E-mails when I open Outlook

How do you configure Outlook to automatically receive my e-
mails without having to hit Send/Receive. I would like it
to do so automatically, similar to outlook express. Thank
you.

What version of Outlook and if Outlook 98 or 2000 check the mode information
located Help > About > 2nd line > should say Internet Only or
Corporate/Workgroup mode.
