how to configure ICS between Win2000 and Win XP Pro

I have a Win XP Pro PC connected to hub sharing a T1 line
for internet. I want to connect my Win2000 laptop via
ethernet to a second LAN card on the Win XP computer to
share the internet connection. Does anyone know how I can
configure the Win XP Pro and Win2000 computers to allow
the laptop to share the internet connection? I have tried
the Network Setup Wizard in Win XP and Network wizard in
Win2000 but have not been able to configure correctly. I
am using a crossover cable = I was able to ping from
WinXP to Win2000 but not the other way. Any suggestions
or references to articles in MS database would be
appreciated.
