How to configure a Group Policy for a OU of computers?

There are 100 PCs in a domain. They are located in 4
computer labs. I want to use different Group Policy to
control each lab. I create 4 OUs(Lab1, Lab2, Lab4, Lab 4)
under the domain. Then, i move 100 PCs into different
OUs. I create the Group Policies for different labs. But
when users logon to the domain, the Group Policy doesn't
work. I tried to add Group Policy on the Domain level,
the Group Policy works. But 4 labs get the same
restriction.
Can anybody help me how to realize my goal here?

Hi Josh. There are two elements to Group Policy - computer configuration and user
configuration. My guess is that you implemented policies in the user configuration in
which case the users need to be moved into the respective OU's. Keep in mind that
domain user password/account policy can only be configures at the domain level.
Gpresult can also help troubleshoot Group Policy issues. --- Steve
