I'm getting errors inside outlook on accessing Data files. I can't even open
a new/create pst file. I tried unistalling the whole office XP SP3 suite and
reinstall with no luck. I notice when I reinstalled Office it tried to
access the same data as before. I changed the Outlook.pst file name so it
would create new ones. I'm about to reformat HDD and reinstall everything

Reformatting your HDD will certainly remove everything. If you were running
Office 2000 on Windows 2000, I'd point you at
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=252566 and
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=252613, but I can't find similar articles
for Office XP.
