how to collapse contacts groups in business manager?

I am unable to collapse the contacts groups (grouping) in business manager.
Can anyone please help. Thanks.
 
Hi,

You can create a new view by:
1. Goto your BCM folder
2. Goto View-->Arrange By-->current View-->Define Views
3.Create a new view by clicking on "New"
4. In the "Customize View:" dialog box, specify the Grouping by clicking on
the "Group By" Button.
5. Click "OK" and then "Apply View".
