How to clear internet address on Home Page/blank on Internet

every time i open my internet it's set for blank address.
I change it and it won't stay.
There are all kinds of address in the internet opion home
page but i cannot delete them. There no delete for this
area. These address keep popping up while im surfing or
idle. Help. Does someone have a cure?

If I understand correctly, your home page when you launch IE is blank, even
when you set it to something else in Tools>Internet Options. If this is the
case, I would update your antivirus DATs, run a scan, and download some
adware/spyware and run a complete scan with that as well.
