How to CLEAR a field's content ?

I have a field called " secret inf "

when I send this file to my sub-company, I don't want them to be able to see
this field's content, so that I want to CLEAR all the contents in this
field.

How to operate?

Instead of exporting the entire table, create a query minus the secret inf
field and export it.
