How to clean up left overs from Blaster Worm?

Question? How do I clean up the left over file "TFTP1360"
left over from the Blaster Worm attack?
Each time the windows first opens (start up) this window
message appears. It only appears at the "start up", and
it does not appear to damage anything else in the Windows
XP professional operating system.

The blaster worm is gone but it left this file.

Hi, I have the same problem. Should you get the answer,
would you be so kind as to let me know how to fix it. If
I find the answer first, I will do the same.
