How to change XP system language

I have PC with installed German version of XP Profesional, would like to
change version to English language. How to do that?

Hi

You can't change the Language of XP. You would have to purchase an English
Retail XP CD. You can then either install that instead of the German
version
or dual boot both.

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS to
another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of WinXP
(in whatever language you want) to perform a clean installation.
