How to change XP Pro SP2 key

Hello,
Does anyone know how I can change my windows XP SP2 key?
I have found the knowledge base article 328874 Found here,
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/328874/en-us
However this does not work for me.
When I get to step 5 of Using the Activation Wizard, I make the change but
when I try to run the activation wizard it says “Windows is already
activated†and all I get is an OK button.
