How To Change Update v5 to v4?

My computer with XP and SP1 shows v5 when I go to update, but SP2
has not been downloaded (dialup connection). How can I change that
back to v4 so I can continue to receive updates for XP/SP1 until I'm
prepared to go to v5? I don't know how it got changed to v5.

You should still be able to get SP1 patches through v5.

I need help please: How can I change a PC with XP and SP1 from
automatically going to the v5 download? I've looked at the v5 update
website but can't seem to find that option and I don't want SP-2
yet...I want it to tell me which updates it needs for SP1? TIA
