My presentation is complete in PowerPoint 2003 but my custom designed
template is in another file. I have it saved as a .pot How do I get this
template into my choices of templates in the PowerPoint design choices so I
can apply to all my slides?

If when you saved your template, you allowed PowerPoint to put it into the
template folder all you should have to do is click on format, Slide Design,
scroll until you find your .POT file and select apply to all slides.

If you didnt save the pot file in doc&settings/your name/application
data/microsoft/templates it may not show.

Click browse at the bottom of the design pane and navigate to it.
