I prepared a large document with titles under images. The title has name
"Pic.1", "Pic.2", etc.
Now I sent the document for translation in other language and I need to have
in this translated document title with other name e.g. "Abb.1", "Abb.2" an so
on.

What is the simpliest way to make it. I don't want to replace all my titles
manually.

Thank you Jan.

You can use Find and Replace. Press Ctrl+H to display the Find and
Replace dialog box.

"Find what": Pic.

"Replace with": Abb.

Click the Replace All button.

This I know, thank you Stefan.
And what about the reference inside the title.
The titles are not "plain" formated text, it is text with referenced inside
field e.g. :

Pic. {Seq Pic. \* ARABIC }

Thank you Jan

Just Replace All with field codes displayed.

If you display the field codes (as you have shown in your post), you can use
Replace for the field code text as well.
