When I send an email from Word2003, and it opens Outlook, it puts the
FILE NAME of the document as the subject of the email.

Is it possible to change this?
I'd like to have Outlook put the TITLE or SUBJECT of the document, as
it is set in the document properties.

Any help will be appreciated.

Sure, but not automatically. Just select the default title and replace it
with one of your preference.

Thanks, but how and where do I select the default title?

(BTW in Office2000, the subject of the email was always the same as the
document's title. I don't know why it had to be changed..)

I don't know that you can change the default, but you can certainly change
the subject line on any given email.
