how to change the state of a number in a cell from negative to po.

What is the easiest way to change the gender of a number in a single cell or
columns of cells or rows of cells in a Exel spreadsheet
 
Hi
try:
- put -1 in an empty cell an copy that cell
- select your numbers
- goto 'Edit - Paste Special' and choose 'Multiply'
