How to change the Source Editor from Notepad

Hi,

Would anyone point me toward the default program to edit Source on a website page to
something other than Notepad. I happen to like Note Tab.

One problem that is a known issue is center wheel scrolling running very slow in Notepad,
and in Note Tab the scrolling works great. Also there are many other features in Not Tab,
like Tidy, which is super.

One of the tools on this page will allow you to change the editor that you use to view source in IE 5 or 6.
