how to change the SID without use SysPrep?

Dear,

I was just clone a HDD with W2k Pro SP4 to another Computer. If I just
change the Computer, I guess both use same SID will cause a lot of error in
Event Log.
Is there any way the change SID but not use "SysPrep"?

The tools is good but I have problem to "move" the windows 2k p SP4 from a
SiS 661 + 964
to a VIA 693 + 598 PC.
