It is very important that the report
is printed in a dot-matrix printer with
continuous paper. And the length of
report is required flexible.
Please clarify what you are trying to accomplish here and what specific
problem you are having. There is a limit of 22" in report Page _Design_, but
that doesn't limit the Report itself to 22" because the design may include
many repeating elements.
I suspect the choice of 22" was just a design decision about what was likely
to produce intelligible output and what might confuse, but I was not a party
to that design decision and no one who was has said that to me in so many
words.
One way to "extend" the size of a page is by using Subreport Controls that
include another Report. If the Can Grow / Can Shrink properties are properly
set, this can make a significant difference.
