How to change the default drive\file location of My Pictures

How can i change the default location of My Pictures folder in order to save
space on my C; drive?

Click on the My Pictures folder to select it (highlight in blue)
Look under Files and Folder Tasks menu on the left and click on Move this
folder.
A window will open, select the drive you want and click on Move.
