How to change the default colour of hyperlinks?

I'm using Word 2007. Can anyone tell me how to change the default
colour for hyperlinks?

Hyperlinks are formatted with the Hyperlink and Followed Hyperlink paragraph
styles. Change the font colour of those styles.
