How to change the contents of a Bound Object Frame on a form.

Hi All,

I have a form that uses a recordsource with a Bitmap (OLE Object data type)
field in it. The Bitmap is bound to a field of type Bound Object Frame on
the form. When the form runs, it displays the bitmap in the field, no
problem, for existing records. However I don't know how to give the form
user the capability to load bitmaps into the field through the form for new
records. I can change the type of the form field to something else if
necessary, but I need some direction. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Access 2K, by the way.
