How to change links all at once

Hello,

I changed the name of a linked Excel file. How can I change all the
links in Word for this file all at once?

Hi Athena,

Press Alt-F9 to expose the field codes, then use Find/Replace to change the filename. Then press Alt-F9 to hide the field codes,
followed by Alt-A to select the whole document and F9 to update the fields.
