How to change last saved by?

Hi,

I'm using MS Word 2003 and I would like to know how can I change the name of
Last Saved By user of a document?

Change the name on the User Information tab of Tools | Options and resave
the doc.

Oh that's handy! An easy way to change the Total Editing Time when I
leave the file open while I go to lunch.

Howcum after I make the change and save the changed file, it's a bit
smaller than the original? Haven't played with it much, changed 2
small files (32k --> 26k, 28k --> 24k).

last saved by property does not change?
