How to change last name of outgoing e-mail Microsoft Outlook2000

I got married. I want to change my last name on my outgoing e-mails. I have
Microsoft Outlook 2000. How do I do this?
 
Tools | Options | E-mail Accounts (or Services, I forget). Find your e-mail
account/service and edit the properties to make the change.
