How to change IE default - save as - document type

What is the Registry Hack to change a users default
document "save-as" type in Internet Explorer 6? User is in
IE - and wants to save the current page - File - Save As -
default = "Web Page Complete". I would like to change this
default = "Web Page HTML only".
..
 
If you find the solution please post as this is on many wish lists.
