Hi

I am sitting in a IT department and everytime I install a PC with outlook
2003 the mailbox looks different. I think about the chosen fields like
"sender" "size" "received". Thats okay - I can live with that - but the
question is how do I make changes to all the folders at the same time? If I
setup the inbox without preview pane, and with all the fields I like - how do
I do that "global". If the user has 50 subfolders below the inbox - it is a
lot of work to set up every folder without preview pane and all the other
fields that user wants.

Hope you understand the question.

Use the technique here: http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/grouping.htm
