How do I change the default location of my PST files? I
have already copied them to the new target location, but
how do I tell Outlook to stop using the set in the old
location and start using the new ones?

Thanks.

Don't copy - move or cut/paste. That forces Outlook to ask where the new
location is.

Thank you for the reply, Milly. Are you saying I cannot
have my target location for PST files be the default
location?

When you try to create a PST, Outlook will always assume the default target,
but you are free to browse to another folder to create it.

If you already have a PST in the default target and wish to move it, close
Outlook, MOVE (don't copy) the PST to another location and restart Outlook.
Outlook will look in the default target, not find it, and ask you where to
find it. You browse to where you moved it.

You can't change the default target.
