How to change color of cursor and size in XP?

,How do I change the white arrow cursor to black, and make it bigger. Also th
pointer cursor. at 80 I am sight short. Thank you!, Ol'wdb
 
In the control panel, check out accessibility options, display tab, check high
contrast, settings button. You can open the mouse folder and change your
pointers as well.
