How to change Cluster size within a slip streamed SP2 copy of wind

Using windows XP pro, I already have a slip stream copy but is there a way
to modify my cluster size to 16k? I want it to match my 16k array on raid 0.
I'm trying to do a clean install on 16k cluster size after formatting.

Thank you:)

You can't. If you wish to change the default 4k cluster size
to the wasteful 16k size, you'll need to use a third-party
program that can accomplish this after installing Windows XP,
such as Partition Magic 8.
